Stephen King's new book is in Kindle format, with a "publisher" date of December 24, today, but there are 315+ customer reviews of it, mainly from those who read the hardcover book. It's listed as being on the Kindle-books Top 100 bestseller list for "1 day" so far and I don't see front page publicity on that yet.Since they delayed this so long, I wonder how Kindle sales will be relative to what it might have been if they'd released this along with the hardcover book, since a lot of reviews are available.
